Noemi Daboczi

Noemi Daboczi is a conceptual designer based in London, working internationally across stage, film and art photography. Her recent work includes set and costume design for ‘Arminio’ at the Royal Opera House and co-set design for ‘L’Orfeo’ at the Zurich Opera House. She was costume designer for ‘Never Known’ at the Royal Ballet’s Festival of New Choreography, and designed ‘Grud’ at the Hampstead Theatre London. She was associate designer of Katie Mitchell’s Olivier Award-nominated ‘Theodora’ (ROH) and of Simon Stone’s ‘Innocence’ staging (Finnish National Opera), working closely with both directors. Her extensive film experience includes production designs for clients such as Arabian Oud, Panasonic and The Savoy. Her design for ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’ at the Romanian Szigligeti Theatre exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum. She’s worked with Punchdrunk on several upcoming projects, and is currently in preparation for productions at the Residenztheater in Munich and at the Opernhaus Wuppertal.
