Alessandra Davison

Alessandra is a director and dramaturg from Birmingham. She was part of the inaugural Jamie Lloyd EMERGE Company and was the Associate Director of Targeted Work at the Lyric Hammersmith before becoming Resident Assistant Director at the Donmar Warehouse in 2022. Since then, she has been an Associate Artist for Pentabus Theatre and a visiting Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University alongside her freelance directing and dramaturgy work. She is also a board member of Stage Sight (an organisation aiming to create a more diverse and representative off-stage workforce) and a member of the GRT Equity Working Group (advocating for Romani traveller representation).
